Booking

A 30% non-refundable retainer + signed contract officially reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session.

Rescheduling

Plans change! Just give me at least 48 hours notice and your retainer can be transferred once to a new date.​

Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will forfeit the retainer.

Weather

Rain, smoke, or unsafe weather? We'll reschedule for free.​

Cloudy Seattle weather usually isn’t a problem, it can make for some of the prettiest photos!

Running Late

If you’re running late, just let me know! Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, so arriving late may mean less shooting time.

Your Photos

Your edited gallery will typically be delivered within 2–3 weeks.

Each package includes a set number of final images, hand-selected and edited by me. RAW/unedited photos aren’t delivered.

Editing

When you book me, you’re booking the style you see in my portfolio. This includes my choices in color, lighting, cropping, grain, and overall editing.

Please don’t add filters or heavily re-edit the finished photos.

Sharing Your Photos

Your photos are yours to download, print, and share for personal use.

I may also love to share them on my website or social media! You’ll have the option to let me know whether you’re comfortable with that.

Locations + Travel

Seattle-area locations are included. Extra travel, parking, permits, admission fees, or studio rentals may cost a little extra but I’ll always let you know beforehand.

Turnaround + Availability

Typically, your photos will be delivered within 2–3 weeks after our session. During especially busy seasons, turnaround times may vary, but I’ll always communicate any extended delivery times with you before you book.
